This course focuses on the theoretical aspect of working with the ergonomically principles, using a transfer analysis, followed by applying the theory to skill training, in order to keep the student and the patient safe during a transfer.

Transfer with sling
This course focuses on the theoretical aspect of working with the ergonomically principles and applying the theory to skill training in order to keep the student and the patient safe during mobilization and transferring the patient with a sling.
The learning goals are:
- Knowledge of ergonomic principles
- Apply the ergonomically principles of transferring a patient using a sling
Injection tecnique
This course focuses on the theoretical knowledge necessary for injecting a patient in the gluteus muscle, and applying the theory in practical skill training.
The learning goals are knowledge of hygienic guidelines, knowledge of proper injection technique, skills training in injection technique in the gluteus muscle.
Affective disorder
This course focuses on the understanding of affective disorder by using a PowerPoint with speak, and working in groups afterwards in order to apply the theory working as a professional.
The learning goals are knowledge of the symptoms of bipolar diagnosis (ICD-10 criteria) including knowledge and skills regarding suicide prevention.
Schizophrenia
This course consists of a PowerPoint with speak in order to understand schizophrenia as a diagnosis, with a Forms questionnaire as an evaluating tool for the student and teacher.
The learning goals are knowledge of the symptoms of schizophrenia (ICD-10 criteria).
