This course is about communication in the healthcare field, between nurses and patients.

The course can be completed in several stages. At the beginning, the objectives of the course are presented, then a video-event on the topic of communication, in which you will be able to understand the forms of communication and the principles of effective communication, as well as the particularities of communication between the nurse and the patient. You will have a series of questions as you go through the course to help you consolidate your new knowledge, and at the end of the course you will have an assessment test from the course you have taken.
